A select form of G. chubutense, grown from European seed.

Gymnocalycium are amongst the easiest cacti to grow and are very forgiving.

Of course there are exceptions but overall they are very easy going and able to adapt to many different positions.

For best results select a position with moderate to strong light.

They require weekly watering during the active growth period (spring to autumn)

Should be kept dry during periods of extreme cold and heat.
